“Pet Sematary: Bloodlines” fails to reanimate the Stephen King franchise in this uninspiring prequel. The film unfolds in 1969 Ludlow, Maine, attempting to delve into the origins of the Mi’kmaq burial ground and the character of Jud Crandall. Jackson White plays Jud, a teenager longing to break free from Ludlow with his girlfriend Norma (Natalie Alyn Lind).
